Player of the Week Winner: Dec 12 – Dec 18

The team surged during this time creating many opportunities for a long list of players to choose from. But after all was said and done how could we choose any one other than Patrik Elias. He had 4 goals this week, including the one against Montreal to take over as the Devils all-time goal scorer, passing John Maclean with 348 career goals. Elias was the Devil’s sole representative last year in the All-Star game and he comes to mind again this year. Elias is currently leading the New Jersey Devils with 30 points, (13g, 17a).
